This is a separate product experience built on the same infrastructure, designed for the entirely different workflow of a company hiring for itself rather than placing candidates for clients.

Version 2 is for companies that currently use Recruitable through their recruitment agency and want to bring that same intelligence and workflow quality to their internal HR team. It is also for in-house talent acquisition teams looking for a modern alternative to legacy HRIS platforms. Version 2 is a separate product. Existing Recruitable agency users are not affected by this release.
