We are building fully integrated email and LinkedIn outreach directly into the Recruitable platform, engineered in house. This is not a third-party bolt-on. It is a native part of the platform, designed specifically for how recruitment agencies communicate with candidates and clients.

- LinkedIn outreach integrated so messages sent from Recruitable appear in your LinkedIn inbox and are logged against the candidate record in the ATS
- Full email and LinkedIn communication history stored against every candidate and client profile
- Wiz AI writing assistance for every email and LinkedIn message so every outreach is personalised and professional
- Template library for common outreach scenarios – initial contact, follow-up, interview confirmation, offer, and rejection
Why In House
Third-party integrations for email and LinkedIn often break, have rate limits, and create data privacy concerns. By building this in house we control the experience end to end, ensure it works reliably at scale, and can build recruitment-specific features that no generic email tool would ever prioritise.
